Sometimes life can be full of
challenges, and we sometimes need help
making sense of it all. You may
not want to worry your family and
friends with your struggles. You
may want someone who is non-judgmental
and objective to help guide you through
change.
Counseling provides a safe place to grow
and process issues. My role as a
counselor is to share ideas, to
stimulate thought, to respect your
individual struggles and abilities, and
to be a creative part of your movement
toward your goals.
Together, we will work as a team and you
will become better acquainted with your
own strengths. |
In my practice, I provide several
counseling settings.
Individual
Therapy
These are
one-on-one sessions. We generally
meet one time a week. We work
together to set therapeutic goals, and
when reached, we discuss the next step. |

Couples Therapy
Weekly
sessions focused on developing joint
skills to navigate life's ups and downs,
and developing a more effective way of
communicating with your partner.
Family
Therapy
Meeting weekly as a whole, we will
outline roles of each family member,
identify unhealthy dynamic patterns, and
develop coping skills. Each member
will be empowered to have and share
their own feelings.
Group
Therapy
Knowing you are not alone as you
struggle can be a comforting awareness.
Periodically, I will be developing and
facilitating support/process groups to
deal with specific issues. These
are generally issues I see those at my
practice struggling with at various
times.
